John Y.S. Park
Managing Partner
During his extensive professional career, John has acted as counsel to many entrepreneurs and has handled a vast range of real estate and business transactions. He provides advice to a broad range of clients from new start-ups to established businesses. He is recognized by condominium builders in the GTA as a highly recommended real estate lawyer. Since 2011, John has served as an Independent Director at the KEB Hana Bank Canada and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Rose Bahrami
Senior Partner
Rose is a qualified Canadian lawyer practicing in Toronto since 2005 and is the founder of Bahrami Law Office & former partner at LevyZavet Lawyers. Her main practice areas are real estate and corporate law as well as immigration matters. Rose's rich history has also allowed her to work in private lending and development law throughout Ontario. In addition to her legal work, she has been involved with many community organizations such as the Canadian Iranian Legal Assistance Clinic Pro Bono. She also serves on the advisory board to Iranian Canadian Real Estate Professionals.

Min Ju (Jennifer) Park
Partner
Jennifer articled with Realty Care Law LLP, allowing her to work on a wide range of real estate matters. Jennifer is well versed in residential, commercial and pre-construction real estate transactions. Jennifer has also been involved with mortgage transactions representing borrowers, as well as private lenders. Before focusing her practice on real estate, Jennifer also enjoyed experience in the practices of criminal defense, civil litigation and personal injury. Jennifer is fluent in Korean.
Richard Cho
Founding Partner
Prior to founding Realty Care Law LLP, Richard practiced in boutique firm environments, eventually focusing his practice on real estate law. Richard is licensed by RECO as a Real Estate Broker, and is licensed by the FSRA as a Mortgage Broker. Richard shaped the firm into its current form by building relationships with industry leaders and forming affiliations with our Affiliates, Clear Trust Mortgages Inc. (Ontario License 12806) and Royal LePage New Concept Brokerage.

You Jin (Jinny) Kim
Partner
Jinny specializes in immigration/refugee and employment law matters. She articled at a Toronto-based community legal clinic where she gained experience in the practices of immigration, employment, housing and social assistance. Also active in the Korean-Canadian community, Jinny previously served as a board member of the Korean Legal Clinic. Prior to becoming a lawyer, she worked as a journalist at a national news agency in South Korea. She is fluent in Korean and has working proficiency in Japanese.

Alex Chang
Licensed Paralegal & Immigration Consultant
Alex has been a licensed Paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario since 2008. Alex has maintained registration with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants as a licensed Immigration Consultant. Alex has acted for his clients in personal injury, focusing on Accident Benefits claims and has appeared before the Licence Appeal Tribunal. Alex also represents clients for civil litigation matters advanced at the Small Claims Court.
